Jack Phillips serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the International Institute for Analytics. Mr. Phillips is a noted advisor and writer on the impact that business analytics and big data have on enterprises. Mr. Phillips founded the International Institute for Analytics (IIA) with Tom Davenport. He edited the 2012 book Enterprise Analytics: Optimize Performance, Process and Decisions Through Big Data. In his work at IIA, the leading independent analytics research firm, Mr. Phillips focuses on how the adoption of data and analytics by certain firms leads to competitive differentiation and higher performance. Mr. Phillips speaks frequently on cultural changes, organizational models, talent acquisition and the requirements of new leaders in a data-driven world.
Dr. Graham Hughes
Dr. Graham Hughes serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions. He is a physician with more than 30 years of US and international experience leading teams in the development and delivery of innovative healthcare IT products and services. Prior to being named the CEO, Dr. Hughes came to Sutherland Healthcare as the Chief Medical Officer and Head of Global Analytics. Before joining Sutherland, Dr. Hughes served as Chief Medical Officer for SAS Institute responsible for strategic portfolio planning and leadership of the Center for Health Analytics and Insights, an incubator group for creation of new advanced analytic offerings. He has also held senior strategic and operational roles at GE Healthcare IT, leading the advanced technologies innovation team, as well as spearheading the annual strategic planning process for GE's enterprise portfolio of IT products.
